TOUR PACKAGE INFORMATION

PRICE – per person, there is a minimum booking of 4 people. We will take less per booking, but the minimum fee applies in each case.
DEPOSIT – A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. No dates are firmly secured until this deposit has been paid.
PAYMENT – Balance of payment is required no later than 2 weeks (14 days) prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS – If the cancellation is received up to 14 days or more prior to departure, the appropriate deposit will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure, the following charges will apply:

  • 13 to 7 days – 65% of total fare
  • 6 to 3 days – 75 % of total fare
  • 48 hours – 85 % of total fare
  • Less than 48 hrs – 100 % of total fare
