PSN Travel Frenzy Overview

Miss Pretty Siphesihle Ngubane: The director of PSN Travel - Pretty is our visionary leader. Pretty started her educational journey at the Durban University of Technology, where she graduated with her National Diploma in Tourism Management. Pretty is also a certified South African Specialist. She has received her PGCE from UNISA; and has completed online training for destination marketing through TBO Academy.

Before starting her travel company, Pretty gained her experience in the tourism industry at the Boardwalk Inkwazi Shopping Centre as a Tourism Information Officer; at North Coast Community Radio as a manager; and did her internship at the uMhlathuze Municipality. She is currently the secretary of the uMhlathuze Council of Tourism.

Pretty is passionate about the industry – and it is that passion that drives the rest of her team with her. She is known for her can-do spirit, precise customer care and passionate leadership. When Pretty is not busy running her company – you’ll find her pursuing her love for nature with travel. Pretty is also quite a people’s person – so expect to find her in good company!

Miss Thembelihle Mncwango: Thembelihle is in charge of our administration; and we’re comforted by that fact. Thembelihle loves to help people, and so it makes sense that she is in administration. Initially, Thembelihle desired to become a teacher, and so she completed her Diploma in Foundation Phase Education through Universal College Outcomes. After realizing that her passion truly lied in an office environment; Thembelihle pursued further education.

She completed her intermediate computer literacy studies at Avuxeni Computer College; and is currently pursuing a Business Administration Learnership through Metrofile. When Thembelihle is not working, she is teaching children at Sunday school or doing home visits for those in need. Thembelihle hopes to continue her studies in Human Resource Management.

Miss Princess B. Sikhakhane: Better known as Noeleen, she is our specialist Travel Consultant. Bookings and reservations are her department. Noeleen completed her National Certificate in Travel and Tourism Operations back in 2014 – and in the same year completed her Certificate in Introduction to Accounting at the Financial Management Institute of Southern Africa.

Since then Noeleen has worked in several tourism environments – notably as a volunteer tourism officer for the uMhlathuze Municipality; as a Tourism Buddy Trainee at Premier Hotel; and at our current place of employment as a Tourism Information Officer at the Boardwalk Inkwazi Shopping Centre.

When she is not working Noeleen spends a lot of her time reading – I guess you could call her our reserved reservationist. She is currently pursuing her qualification in Public Office Administration through IQ Academy

Joshua Julien Brouard: Joshua is our creative guru. Joshua is our content creator and marketing assistant. Joshua is a Certified South African Specialist and holds a Higher Certificate in Office Management through Lyceum College. Joshua is also currently pursuing his BCOM in Law through Boston College.

Joshua worked as a Tourism Information Officer for the Boardwalk Inkwazi Shopping Centre – where he believes he gained the bulk of his knowledge on tourism. Joshua has had a lifelong passion for writing and creative expression and believes that the words that we use paint the pictures we wish to display – to him, writing is an art. When Joshua is not studying or working – Joshua can be found doing research on various types of psychologyphilosophy and religion. Joshua loves to know how the world works and how he can use this knowledge to better himself and help those around him. He can also be found at his exercise classes – a healthy body equals a healthy mind!
