Booking Terms & Conditions

THE CONTRACT
These conditions apply to all tours provided by PSN Travel Frenzy (Pty) Ltd, unless otherwise stated. PSN Travel Frenzy is a certified South African Travel Specialist and qualified as a Tour Operator. When you buy a package or any travel service from us you will receive a confirmation invoice showing your arrangements.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
The tour price quoted in the information pack is subject to change without prior notice. PSN Travel Frenzy will confirm all prices before you book your holiday. Your holiday dossier will indicate what is and what is not included in the tour price. Flights are NOT included in the cost of the tours unless otherwise stated.
Deposit: A deposit amounting to 25% (unless otherwise stated) of the total cost of the tour, together with a signed Booking Form, is needed to confirm the tour. On selected tours, deposits are non-refundable.
Final Payment: The balance is due a minimum of 60 days prior to your departure. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to your departure, payment is required in full.

ACCOMMODATION
We assume that people travelling on their own are prepared to share accommodation. We try to arrange for single travelers to share with someone of the same sex, but cannot guarantee this. Sometimes we have to change the rooming arrangements at the last minute. If it is not possible to arrange a share with another guest, or if you would prefer a single room, you will usually have to pay a single supplement.

FLIGHT BOOKINGS AND AIRPORT TRANSFERS
The flight fare can only be guaranteed when the flight booking has been paid for in full and a ticket has been issued. Flight bookings cannot be transferred. 100% cancellation fees apply on all flights unless otherwise stated. If your flight arrives/departs on a different day/time to rest of the tour you may incur a cost for an airport transfer.

CANCELLATION
All cancellations should be made in writing and email to prettyn@psntravel.co.za. Only upon receipt of the cancellation will the cancellation procedure be put into place. On cancellations made outside 90 days prior to your departure, deposits will be returned less any expenses incurred, unless deposits were stated as non-refundable at the time of booking. Tour cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to departure - deposits are not refundable. For cancellations between 60 and 45 days prior to your departure, a charge of 50% of the total cost of the tour will apply. Inside 45 days a charge of 100% of the cost of the tour will apply. 100% cancellation fees apply on all flights unless otherwise stated. These cancellation conditions should be covered by your travel insurance.

ALTERATION OF SAFARIS
PSN Travel Frenzy (Pty) Ltd and any tour company acting on its behalf, reserves the right to withdraw any safari, eliminate any feature or alter the itinerary, should local conditions necessitate.

INSURANCE
It is a booking requirement that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance. This should be done at the time your booking is confirmed and your deposit paid. All clients should be fully insured against accident, all medical eventualities, repatriation, cancellation, curtailment and default. PSN Travel Frenzy or any tour company acting on its behalf cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage and personal effects. This should be covered by your travel insurance policy.

AIRLINE RESPONSIBILITY
The airline concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the guests are not on board their aircraft. The passenger tickets issued by the airline, when issued, will constitute the sole contract between the airline and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passengers.

RESPONSIBILITY
Neither PSN Travel Frenzy nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of the PSN Travel Frenzy shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the foregoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in these pages or any other literature, late or non-confirmation or acceptance of bookings, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not.
The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person/s included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her submission of the booking form assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her.

PHOTOGRAPHY
PSN Travel Frenzy reserves the right to use pictures taken on Tour which may contain your image. PSN Travel Frenzy owns the copyright to all pictures taken by them or on their behalf.

TOUR COMPANIES
Some tour companies will demand that you agree to their terms and conditions as well as to the terms and conditions already listed above. Their cancellation procedures may also alter.
In such a case their conditions will apply and supersedes the terms and conditions of PSN Travel Frenzy (Pty) Ltd.
